Four activities which changed me

 If you are free we don't know what to do with the time. If you face a situation like this I will list out some activities. Try to do the activities in the home. It will help you to be very happy and healthy. We can use the time very protective by doing all this activity. I suggest some activities because I have personally tried all the activities. It made me happy and energetic.

Morning

When I wake up very late in the morning I faced laziness throughout the day. Even I cannot go to shops for buying products. I always don't want to be a lazy man but this quarantine made me. Everything I will do late even I had my breakfast at 3 clocks in the afternoon and dinner at 12 clocks. My body was totally collapsed in three months. Accidently I waked up early in the morning because of the power cut in the morning. The morning I went for a walk in my house backyard. It feels fresh and good. We can hear a lot of birds sounds and mild sunlight. We cannot get this kind of freshness in the afternoon or night. Next five to eight days I wake up early to get the feel.


Four activities which changed me

After some days it felt like I was lazy still. I waked up early and sit in my beautiful soft chair untill night. Then I had an idea of learning something new. I was shocked because this idea was given by my brain. Then slowly I start to do simple math in my early morning because I am very weak in mathematics. I do my simple maths for half an hour and start my day.

Then I have a habit of imagining a situation then I will think about how to come out of it. For the last three years, I was imagining only the question but I never tried to answer my questions asked by my brain. I sat in a lonely area where no one will come and asked myself these questions and answered them. I did not do it in the home because they will take me to the hospital!!

Then slowly added this question session also to my morning activity. I did my simple math and question session for a half-hour. Two months was awesome with math and question. Slowly I got bored because the car cannot run with the same level of fuel for another long way. So like adding fuel to the car, I too added two activities to my morning learning. 

I have a very big shelf with a lot of books on it but I never opened it. So I thought to do something with that. I took the gender knowledge books and started to learn it in the morning. Then the next activity was learning the moral values. The old Indian way of education was learning moral values. So if we want to be smart people, we also want a good character. So good character can be developed only with moral values.

My two months were going very good with all four activities. I did it for almost three months. I created a change in my life. Try to do something related to your carrier. I never list people to do the same activity. You can do a small activity for a half-hour in which we are very poor or the areas of weakness.
